Concierge Team (Customer Care Manager)

Mikaela commenced her real estate career at the ripe old age of 18 with a national franchise right here in Gladstone, before making a move to Ray White Gladstone, originally in 2012.

Her roles with our company included customer service before moving on to the role of Leasing Officer, and ultimately Property Manager Assistant in June 2013, where she provided her clients services such as Routine Inspections, maintenance and general landlord / tenant consultancy.

Mikaela then transferred to the Darling Downs city of Toowoomba where she her furthered her passion for real estate with Ray White Highfields, again in roles of front counter and property management.

Her customer service experience was then enhanced in the banking sector, where Mikaela undertook a teller role for Heritage Building Society.

In late 2015 Mikaela returned home and also returned to Ray White Gladstone, initially returning to the role of Property Manager Assistant, and more recently in the pivotal role of Customer Care Manager within our Concierge Team. 

In a short space of time Mikaela has significant customer service experience in quite challenging frontline roles, and her clients certainly benefit from her dedication to exceeding all expectations.
