Bec Harlick

A Gladstone local through and through, Rebecca has called the region home all her life. With her family close by and deeply rooted in the community, it’s no surprise that she has chosen to build both her personal and professional life right here in Gladstone.

Before joining the Ray White team, she spent five years in the Floor Coverings industry, where she honed her communication and time management skills, juggling everything from tradespeople and suppliers to clients and projects. This experience has equipped her with a strong foundation for her real estate career, where organisation and people skills are key to success.

Outside of work, Rebecca loves nothing more than spending time with her husband, children, and extended family. When she’s not with them, you’ll likely find her relaxing with a good computer game. Her family’s involvement in the local speedway club keeps her busy too, especially on race days where she enjoys helping hand out goodie bags to kids in the crowd. At home, life is lively with three daughters, a stepson, two adorable fur babies, and of course, her husband, who definitely deserves an honourable mention!

Looking ahead, Rebecca is focused on growing within her role at Ray White. Over the next year, she hopes to join a pod and help train new assistants to become outstanding property managers. With a passion for continual growth, she also has her sights set on stepping into a senior role in the future.
