A born and bred Gladstone local, Hayley Ward offers a genuine local perspective and five years of practical industry experience. Her deep roots in the community provide her with a vast understanding of the region's suburbs and market dynamics.

Hayley’s career in real estate began in 2021 at Locations Estate Agents. After starting as a Sales Associate, she quickly progressed to a Lead Sales Agent role, where she was responsible for managing property listings and facilitating sales from start to finish. This background as a primary agent provides her with a practical, first-hand perspective on the sales process and client requirements.

Following maternity leave in 2025, Hayley has returned to the workforce as the Personal Assistant to Angie Kulikov. In this capacity, she applies her background in sales to support daily operations and client communications.
