Jess Mills

Originally hailing from Jimboomba, a town just 45 minutes outside of Brisbane, Jess joined LOCATIONS estate agents in late September 2023 and Ray White in 2025. Her journey to Gladstone began with a visit over the Australia Day weekend the previous year, where she and her family instantly fell in love with the lifestyle – “Everyone is so friendly and lovely.” Just like a small country town.

Bringing with her a wealth of experience from her 12-year tenure at the Animal Welfare League QLD, Jess’s transition into real estate marks a new chapter driven by her long-standing passion for the industry. While her husband may joke about her frequent visits to realestate.com, Jess finds solace and excitement in the world of property, a welcome change from the high-pressure role of shelter management. Instead of managing animals, she now manages homes.

In her personal time, Jess finds joy in exploring the beaches and surroundings of Gladstone, indulging her love for animals, nurturing her garden, and spending quality time with her family. With three children, including a budding law student at UQ St. Lucia and a menagerie of pets, including two dogs, two cats, and a collection of fish, life at the Mills household is nothing short of vibrant.

Looking ahead, Jess is determined to immerse herself in continuous learning, expanding her knowledge of real estate while relishing the opportunity to be a part of a supportive and dynamic team at Ray White Gladstone.
