Jessica Roberts

Jessica is a proud local Gladstone girl who has chosen to build her career in the region she loves. Her strong connection to Gladstone comes from a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the area, particularly the coastline and the Great Barrier Reef, which continues to inspire her to stay and grow within the community.

Her professional background spans real estate, management, training and compliance, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the industry. Jessica brings hands-on experience across property management, leasing, reception and business development, along with assisting the sales team at open homes and conducting pre-settlement inspections. This broad exposure allows her to confidently adapt to different roles and support the business wherever needed.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending her weekends at the beach and embracing creative pursuits whenever possible. She has a strong passion for cooking and reading and has been involved in numerous art projects throughout the Gladstone region. She is also a devoted mother of three children and a proud pet parent to a few much-loved feline furbabies.

Over the next 12 months, Jessica is looking forward to exploring the Gladstone region more deeply and discovering some of its hidden gems alongside her children. She has a genuine love of learning and is always seeking opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
