With a strong background across multiple areas of real estate, Katie brings valuable experience, dedication, and organisation to her role as Executive Assistant within Team Crick. 

Katie began her career in conveyancing, where she developed an eye for detail and a deep appreciation for the legal and procedural side of property transactions. Her experience in managing contracts, compliance, and settlements provided the perfect foundation for a seamless transition into real estate.

Katie first joined the Ray White Gladstone group in property management, where she developed a deeper understanding of client service and the day-to-day operations of real estate. Over time, Katie transitioned into sales administration. This diverse background allows her to manage every aspect of the sales process with confidence — from the initial listing right through to settlement day.

Now working directly alongside Ben, Katie provides comprehensive administrative and client support, ensuring that every campaign runs efficiently and every client receives the exceptional service they deserve.
