Routine Inspections Manager

Kerrie joined our property management team in early 2017, with her primary role being our Routine Inspections Manager.

Kerrie also participates as Acting Property Manager when team members take annual leave, and seasonally conducts Concierge Inspections during times of heavy bookings, which is especially the case each December and January when tenant arrival and departure activity is at a premium.

With a previous background in telecommunication sales, retail management and administration, Kerrie enjoys a challenge by applying her considerable skills to ensuring that our tenant and landlord customers expectations are achieved in a positive way.

Originally from Biloela, a small town 110km west of Gladstone, Kerrie holds a Certificate II in Agriculture (Beef Cattle Production) and a Certificate III in Business Administration, plus many years of hands experience in terms of customer service and team leadership.

With previous real estate experience, including a diverse range of roles with Ray White Biloela from 2012 to 2014, you can be assured of a positive relationship from start to finish with Kerrie at the helm.
