Kristan Lacey

Kristan is engaged with our office as an Assistant to our Property Management Department, managing a wide-ranging portfolio of properties across suburban Gladstone.

With extensive Property Management experience on both sides of the Australian continent, Kristan launched her property management career in Port Hedland in Western Australia’s Pilbara Region in the early 2010’s.

Following her move back to the East Coast, Kristan commenced her appointment with Ray White Gladstone back in 2013 as a Property Manager, during a challenging period when the city was dealing with the LNG construction boom.

As a FIFO family, Kristan understands the importance of family and relishes in spending time with her son & husband upon his regular return from the Australian Gold Mines based in Kalgoorlie.

Kristan has a strong background prior to her Property Management days in Hospitality, Reception, Administration, and Duty Management, which are naturally all frontline roles that suit Kristan’s “people person” disposition.
