Originally from Cootamunda, NSW, Melissa moved to Gladstone in 2006 following two years in Darwin, drawn by local friends who raved about everything the region had to offer. She quickly embraced the area’s relaxed, family-friendly lifestyle and made it her permanent home.
With a background spanning transport, construction, and education, Melissa first joined Ray White Gladstone in 2006 after a spontaneous interview with Edgar Allen and John Fieldus, starting the very next day. Over a standout 16-year career with the business, she held key operational roles including Trust Account Administrator, Property Manager, and Office Manager. Following a brief break from the industry between 2022 and 2026, Melissa is back home at Ray White Gladstone and we couldn't be more thrilled to have her wealth of knowledge and warm personality back in the office.
Outside of work, Melissa’s life revolves around family, sports, and rural living. Saturdays and Sundays are usually spent cheering on her two teenagers at local sporting grounds or tackling life on their 80-acre property. An enthusiastic community volunteer, she spends her downtime horse riding and managing a lively household complete with horses, three dogs, a cat, and a small herd of cattle.
