Sophie Bushby

With a background as a Diesel Fitter, Sophie Bushby brings a hands-on, problem-solving approach to property management. Born in Newcastle but having spent most of her life here, she knows the area well and loves helping clients with their property needs.

Sophie has previously worked in customer service roles, where she developed strong communication and people skills. Her ability to stay organised, handle challenges calmly, and build great relationships makes her a valuable support for both clients and the team.

Outside of work, she’s always up for a weekend getaway to explore somewhere new or spending time with her miniature dachshund, Franklin. Friendly, approachable, and always happy to help, Sophie is a welcomed member to our property management team.
