With a dynamic background in sales and customer service, Theona brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as Sales Assistant. Originally a qualified hairdresser, she successfully ran her own business before expanding into product sales with renowned brands such as L'Oréal and ghd. Her career also includes retail sales experience with Princess Cruises overseas, where she developed her customer-focused approach on a global scale.

After relocating to Gladstone from Victoria 11 years ago to raise her young family, Theona is now fulfilling her long-held ambition to work in real estate. Her warm and approachable nature, combined with her strong work ethic and diverse sales background, make her a valuable asset to the team.

When she’s not assisting clients and supporting Melissa O’Donovan, you’ll find Theona enjoying the outdoors and spending time camping with her family.
