Tiarnie Koina

Tiarnie is originally from Toowoomba and relocated to Gladstone in December 2025 with her partner. The move brought them closer to her partner’s family and the majority of their social network, allowing them to be near their established support network of family and friends.

Tiarnie has worked in the real estate industry since completing school, progressing from reception roles through assistant positions to a dedicated property management role. Over the course of her years in real estate, she has developed a love for the diversity of property management work, thriving on the need to adapt her skills and communication style to achieve resolutions tailored to each situation. Her experience working within large teams has honed her collaborative approach and appreciation for drawing on the knowledge and support of colleagues, skills she brings to her role at Ray White.

Outside of work, Tiarnie enjoys staying active through the gym, beach activities and dirt bike riding, and treasures time with her partner, family and friends.

Over the next 12 months, Tiarnie looks forward to familiarising herself with the Gladstone area and local property market. She is excited to join the Ray White team, eager to work collaboratively with her new colleagues and continue developing her skills within property management.
