But you have to wonder how it all began.

Well, the story begins, with 2 brothers, a butcher shop and an idea to fill the evident gap within the quickly expanding Gladstone community. So, in 1976 the birth of ‘Allens Real Estate’ graced ‘Tank Street’

After a few years of trading as ‘Edgar Allen Real Estate’, Edgar and Brother Bruce Allen, realised that the local ‘Allen’s Real Estate’ brand was unfamiliar to travellers & the new influx of relocating clientele. Edgar & Bruce reached out to the Ray White groups, Brian White (grandson of group founder Ray), and the first franchise was born.

From Ray White starting a business from a simple shed located at Crows Nest in 1902. Through to franchising in Gladstone, Queensland. Who would have known these were the humble beginnings of an arduous journey of growth and development for the brand.

Moving forward a fair few years… to the business now. The not so little Ray White Gladstone office is a leader of change within the community, injecting new technology to service our clients.

Ray White Gladstone holds the largest rent roll in the Gladstone region and are trusted to sell 1 in 4 homes by the community. Over four decades our humble & now not so little agency has helped over 350,000 people into a home.
