59 Toolooa Street GLADSTONE, QLD 4680

Yes this is a home on a nice piece of land and yes at the price of a unit, this home has location, location. It may be in need of a little kindness but has amazing potential.

Solid as a rock this home is one of the original Queenslanders with the tongue and groove walls and ceilings as the main structure of the home. If you are into older homes then this one is a must see.

Located close to the CBD, just a stroll down to the Valley shops, businesses and eateries.

A long back yard fully fenced provides an opportunity to make into something amazing, with lovely trees scattered across the back yard providing shade and privacy this could be a lovely entertaining area.
