With a record month under their belts, the award winning Ray White Gladstone property management team have recorded a result that would have seemed nearly impossible just a couple of months ago.
Ray White Gladstone Director of Property Management & Leasing, John Fieldus, said “The rental market has obviously stabilised and tenants are now finding incredibly good value in the Gladstone market place, the new residents we are welcoming just love Gladstone and are viewing the city as their long term home”.
The property management team of twelve have just leased 50 properties and the flurry of activity (dare we say boom?) is the culmination of many initiatives that the team have implemented during 2015.
“Our team has genuinely lifted the bar and changed the game”, says John, “and they are a spirited bunch from all walks of life”.
Collectively the team has 94 years of hands on property management experience (which will tick over to 100 next year!), which is amazing considering how challenging a property management career can be.
Co-Director Andrew Allen said “The Gladstone market is often the subject of bad press and adverse market reports, but the fact is the city is a great place to work, live and play. The city is without doubt the best value on the east coast of Australia”.
Ray White’s tenants must agree, 12 month leases are commonplace, and the mostly southern migration of people are here for keeps, they are in fact the new locals.
The company is now leasing basic units from $150 per week and pleasant family homes are available for well under $300 per week.
John and Andrew concluded “We congratulate our team on housing 50 families in July, although they might be today’s tenants, they will become tomorrow’s buyers and of course these new people will all play a big part in Gladstone’s future”.
