James Bailey brings energy, passion, and a strong sales background to Team Bailey at Ray White Gladstone. Coming from a family of real estate professionals, with both parents as established agents in the local market, James is proud to continue the family tradition and help clients achieve their property goals.

With experience in new home sales with a prominent builder and a background in car sales, James has developed a deep understanding of customer service and negotiation. He also spent four years working at Treasury Casino Brisbane, further honing his communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

After living in Brisbane for eight years, James recently returned to Gladstone, excited to reconnect with the community. A dedicated athlete, he played soccer for 13 years before transitioning to volleyball, where he competed and coached in the Queensland Premier Volleyball League in Brisbane.
