Michelle is a Gladstone local with over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, all within Ray White Gladstone. Her passion for real estate and dedication to the Gladstone community shine through in everything she does.

Michelle began her real estate journey in 2013 as a Sales Administrator before expanding her skillset to enter the Property Management sector. Her roles as a Property Manager and Business Development Manager allowed her to refine her communication skills and demonstrate a genuine commitment to assisting clients.

As the Business Operations Manager, Michelle is a key member of our management team, overseeing the seamless operation of our agency while driving staff development and upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism.
